Full Time Front Desk ("Full Time Front Desk", "we", "us", or "our") is a service operated by The Marketing Block. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through fulltimefrontdesk.com and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you book an audit we collect your name, practice name, phone number, and the practice-management or EMR software you use (e.g. Jane App, ChiroTouch, Genesis). When you join a waitlist we collect your email address. We only collect what you choose to submit.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to contact you about your requested audit, respond to inquiries, deliver content you asked for, and provide and improve our services. We may send you service-related and marketing communications; you can opt out of marketing messages at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — for example our customer relationship management (CRM) platform and our website hosting provider — and only as needed to provide our services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
HIPAA & client patient data
For practices that become clients, any protected health information processed on their behalf is handled under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and on infrastructure configured for HIPAA compliance. Patient data is used solely to deliver the contracted reactivation and front-desk services for that practice and is never sold or used for our own marketing.
Data retention & security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted, and you may opt out of marketing communications, by emailing us. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
