Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fulltimefrontdesk.com and the services provided by Full Time Front Desk, a service operated by The Marketing Block ("we", "us"). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Full Time Front Desk provides an AI front-desk (call answering and booking) and dormant-patient reactivation system for chiropractic practices. Specific deliverables, scope, and pricing are described on the homepage and confirmed in your service agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

Billing & commitment

Plans include a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly fee as quoted at signup. Service runs month-to-month following an initial three-month commitment. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Cancellation

After the initial three-month commitment you may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice to the email below. You remain responsible for fees through the end of the notice period.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for obtaining any patient consents required to contact your patients, and for your own compliance with laws applicable to your practice. Where we process protected health information on your behalf, that processing is governed by a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

Third-party software

We integrate with third-party platforms (for example Jane App, ChiroTouch, and Genesis). We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those providers, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes, or performance.

No guarantee of results

Examples and figures on this site are illustrative. Results depend on many factors specific to your practice, and we do not guarantee any particular number of recovered patients, calls, or revenue.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is," and our total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
